FAQs

You asked, we answered

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in the form of Electronic payments (for online orders) as well as checks or cash for local orders. If paying in check or cash, you will need to place your order via the Contact Us system on the home page.

Can I pay in person at pickup?

Yes, if you are local to Rock Springs. You will need to send a message via the Contact Us section on the home page rather than online order. The online orders are only for electronic payments.

How long will my order take?

On average a board will take about two weeks to complete. However, that can change depending on the school schedule and demand. All orders are made by the students at Rock Springs High School, so if students are on a break, or if there are more orders than students, there may be a delay in production.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All boards are packaged in shrink-wrap with our company logo. We are not offering additional options at this time.

Is the board food safe?

Yes, all boards are coated with Food Grade Epoxy and food-safe mineral oil.

Can it be used as a cutting board?

It is best not to use knives to cut on the front of the board. These are primarily designed as serving platters. However, you can cut on the back of the board and serve on the front.

How do I clean my charcuterie board?

To clean your charcuterie board, simply wipe the front clean with a warm, damp rag and air dry. Do not put the board in the dishwasher or soak in water.

The back will need to be treated with food-grade mineral oil or cutting board oil periodically to prevent drying and cracking. Apply oil generously with a soft, clean cloth and allow the oil to soak into the wood for at least 30 minutes. Wipe away any excess oil.

Can I get a bigger board?

Yes.

You can custom order a larger board, just message us via the contact page or by phone. Prices for larger boards will vary based on the size, epoxy colors, and amounts.
